Kiran Puri is a designer, art director, and strategist with over a decade of experience working for tech companies and nonprofits alike. As a multidisciplinary creative, Kiran can bring their unique perspective and systems-oriented approach to many realms of design — brand, interaction design, product marketing, event planning, content strategy, and more. They particularly love working at the intersection of technology, culture, and education.
Beyond their professional design work, Kiran regularly collaborates with Brooklyn artists on projects that are often highly conceptual, and deeply human.
They also teach occasionally in Pratt Institute’s Graduate Design Communications program, where they earned an MFA in 2016.
When not in design mode, Kiran can be found cooking in their tiny galley kitchen, practicing throwing at the ceramics studio Mouse, or meandering through Prospect Park with their dog, Chutney.
